By accessing or using AEO Optimizer at aeoscore.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
AEO Optimizer is a web-based tool that analyzes websites for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) readiness. The Service scans publicly accessible web pages and provides scores, analysis, and recommendations to help improve visibility in AI-powered search engines.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and provide additional features including detailed reports, fix-it guides, and higher scan limits.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by AEO Optimizer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your scan results and data remain yours. We do not claim ownership of the websites you scan or the data you input.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AEO scores or recommendations will result in improved AI search engine visibility. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEO Optimizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
